Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to return purchased toys or adult products unless the products are deemed defective.

Any item that is deemed to be utilized with physical contact to any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our facilities, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vibrators
• Dildos
• Enema Kits
• Anal Toys Including Plugs
• Cock Rings, Devices, and Sleeves
• Gags and Ropes
• Lingerie Including Menswear

Please keep in mind that lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is deemed to be defective please contact us within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please click here to contact us to provide us information regarding your defective product.

We will provide all of the return merchandise instructions to you so that you can get the product back to us. Please wait to obtain the proper return instructions, before attempting to return the items so that it can be processed properly.

Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, including batteries, chargers, and accessories.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products exchanges are not permitted unless the order has not been fulfilled or shipped.

Cancellations

Products can be cancelled as long as they are not fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped out, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refunds
Refunds can be permitted, if approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
